While we are unable to guarantee a delivery date, you can specify your preference in the message box during checkout. We will contact you and try to make the best arrangements before sending your order.
Not to worry! To ensure a successful delivery, our delivery driver will reach out to you to check on your availability prior to sending out your order.
However, if no one is available at the arranged delivery time frame to receive the items the driver will leave a “Failed Delivery” message via your mobile number and there will be a $10 charge on the subsequent re-delivery.
Alternatively, you can request for us to leave your order outside your unit or specify a spot where we can securely leave the items our driver will send you a photo once it has been delivered. Do note that we will not be liable for any lost items if you opt for this option.
