Delivery Option

We offer the following options for you to choose the one that best suits your needs:

  • FREE Standard Delivery (1 - 3 days, excluding Sat & Sun) with a minimum purchase of $59. For orders below $59, there will be a $10 Delivery fee. 
  • Self-collection for orders with a minimum purchase of $10. We will contact you to fix a date and time for collection. 

How do I track my order?

We will send emails to update you on the progress of your order. You can also drop us a message at +65 8780 1197 and we will be happy to provide the latest tracking information on your order.

Can I request for a specific delivery time and date?

While we are unable to guarantee a delivery date, you can specify your preference in the message box during checkout. We will contact you and try to make the best arrangements before sending your order.

What if I'm not at home when you try to deliver?

Not to worry! If no one is available at the delivery time frame to receive the items, the driver will leave your order outside your unit or specify a spot where we can securely leave the items. Our driver will send you a photo once it has been delivered. Do note that we will not be liable for any lost items if you opt for this option.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to selected countries. Please enquire for more details.

Are there any restricted areas for delivery?

Due to certain restrictions and limitations, we regret that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

  • PO Boxes
  • Army Camps
  • Airbase sites
  • Shipyards
  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas Link
  • Changi Cargo
  • Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
  • Turf Club Avenue
  • Resorts World at Sentosa
  • Singapore Prison Quarters
